Based in Austin, Texas, NoisePollutionControl™ was founded by Parrish Whittaker, a business owner who experienced firsthand how environmental noise disrupts work, rest, and overall quality of life. After seeing the toll it took on productivity and community harmony, Parrish set out to find a better way — one that combines technology, awareness, and accountability.
